This place is great. The trainers are really good and really nice. My trainer is Liz Barnes. She couldn't be nicer and she really personalized my workout. I have a bad back and she never did anything to aggravate it. This is a Christian based company and I love that.

Went to the pool today swam around for a bit Ben got into the hot tub with my sons chemical levels according to way too high!!!!! even though it was a saltwater generated system clearly they have people that don't know what they're doing with operating the system they tested it said it was way over but it was supposed to be never ask for people to get out and then continue to add more chemicals to the hot tub while people were still in it which may I add is illegal!!!!
We know it was too high is our eyeballs were burning from just sitting in it for 5 minutes it's been 6 hours later my eyeballs are still burning Superior skin still hurts and itches.
