After calling several land surveyors in my area, and wasting months with flaky businesses that make promises they don’t keep, I found John Voorheis. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it. This industry is severely lacking in business professionalism and integrity, they take a job when they have time, and have no clue how to schedule or communicate.
John is a rare individual, in that when he tells you something, you can believe it. I am honored that he did my partition and am very lucky I found someone of his caliber.
