Caleb, Ari, Chris and Alex made me feel at home in Eugene OR. Exceptional customer service and just cool dudes. Caleb and Ari especially went above and beyond. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. I havent had a board in years and I knew it was time. These boys helped heal a piece of me today. Thank you Tactics. Best board shop in America

I cannot recommend this shop enough! Everyone working was extremely friendly and excited to help me out! Three different workers were all helping me pick out a new deck, trucks, and wheels while visiting with me and asking about my experience skating. I got a complete board with the exact deck I have been looking for online for a total of $162. The individual helping me even gave me his old bearings to save me some cash! This was my first time visiting the shop but the employees made me feel like a regular right from when I stepped in the door! I 100% intend on coming back in regularly!

Went in over the weekend and Alfredo was super knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate your help dude. Alex and Eddie were helpful and friendly too. Great experience at this shop and we will be returning

This is an online experience. They treated me somewhat irritably because I am not good at English, and six orders were canceled without even knowing the reason. I found out later that there was a help email and asked the reason, and they said that sending to a shipping agency would be canceled. I waited 2 weeks for this. I suffered for a long time. During the 6 cancellations, I only heard a macro response. After that, I tried adding 3 orders with improved methods, but they were the same. Now I can't help but think that they are racist.
