I used to be a customer years ago for many years. I wanted to give them a try again. Wow was I disappointed. No call backs at all to even take in a new account. They don't want customers money I guess. Haven't been near a company this awful in years. They need to close.

Once you sign up, they don't answer your calls or reply to emails. They give zero technical support. They have the worst customer service imaginable. They make it real easy to sign up and take your money but you get absolutely nothing in return. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they couldn't get in touch with these folks either.

Just don't. They went downhill after new ownership. The tech support by email is nonexistent. You will receive an initial email stating to be patient because they are overwhelmed. Then you'll receive literally nothing, ever again. The tech support phone call is just one person by the name of Sonja, who knows very little. They used to be a good company a couple of years ago. It's sad.
