Great Platform for Real Estate Websites. Fantastic Technical Support.
Nick and the entire technical support team was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping us integrate IDX Broker with DUDA websites. I was impressed with his knowledge and most importantly his availability to help. Thank you so much! My broker client is very happy with the website and the features in IDX Broker. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. I wish I knew his last name but Bryan was my tech support agent and he was phenomenal! If you are a realtor and use IDX services I cannot stress enough how amazing their support team is!

The staff at IDX Broker are always so amazing to work with. Not just awesome in response time, but their attitude, their patience and obvious genuine sincerity in wanting to help. I strive to achieve this in my team and they do well, but it’s just so rare to experience it from other companies. I am literally impressed every time I call for support. Also their IDX system was very well thought out and I'm super happy with how almost every need my Real Estate clients have is already possible and also fully configurable. This shows that as a company, IDX Broker really cares about their product and their clients. Thank you for that, it’s rare and reinvigorates my enthusiasm to improve my company as well.

I am really impressed with the support I receive from IDX Broker's IT department. I can easily reach someone (except on weekends). Each person I have spoken with by phone or chat is courteous, professional, and listens carefully to my questions. Bryan helped me recently and quickly fixed my glitches with anti-spam and plug-ins in a matter of a minute or two. Thank you IDX Broker. You've really hired and trained a great team. Sales staff is also really top-notch.
