image It's Subway, not gourmet. We come here sometimes because of price point and it's fresh enough and feels like a better alternative than some other fast food joints when options are limited. The annoying part about coming here and really many food chains anywhere is staffing and how they're trained. We always manage to get the new hire, someone who is so green it's usually embarrassing by their mistakes. Back to the point, it's a good price point, this location has been remodeling (during the pandemic) and works well for this establishment. I hope Subway updates all their drive-thru menu boards to something more modern and easier to read. Thankfuly, management or the staff in charge usually saves the day while ordering and helps move the order on. Maybe new hires need more shadow time?

image Came to Subway late tonight on March 5th around 2:50am and ended up sitting at the ordering station for 25 min just to order 4 subs. Then was told to pull up to the window and have my order taking their which took about another 20 mins to even to get it done with. Found that there is only one person working there and having to run back an forth to get the orders done. Their was a long line forming up behind me in the drive through. Their should have more workers than just only one doing it all. People get very irritated on how long that have to eat food or just to have to wait an hour or long to even order there food.An then have the customer in a Silver PT Cruiser shows up smoking from the hood of there over reviving they're motor and causing a issue by walking up to the back of my car an started yelling an cursing at me for not moving my car because of the guy gave them the wrong order.

image They need to be more careful with their food handling practices. I watched them take meat off of my son's sandwich and put it back in the meat container. Once it has touched the bread it shouldn't be put back. People with Gluten allergies could now be exposed to the same meat that was on a sandwich that has gluten in it. Plus the girl was already making another person's sandwich and reached over and took it off and put it back. So now that meat has been exposed to two different sandwiches. She should have said something to the kid in training, but just grabbed it with her gloves from the other sandwich. Not sanitary or good food handling practices! It looks to me like the trainer needs to be retrained on food handling practices! Then I paid for a foot long pro and was given two slices of cheese. I paid $3 more for extra meat to get less cheese! Doesn't make any sense to me!
