The lady at the reception was really kind and relaxed when we arrived late at night. We also didnt have a reservation, but we got a room at a good price without an issue. The room itself was clean and quiet. Overall, a good stay for a last minute booking.

The rooms were fine and clean and really comfortable. The staff was helpful and nice as well. Close to freeway. Short drive to food and groceries.

I went to this Choice Hotel because I'm a member. It was last minute decision to swing in off I-5 and get a room after driving for 8.5 hrs. The front desk person was in training. She was so rude and overpowering. It was 3:30 p.m. and only 4 cars in the parking lot when I pulled up. She stated Do you have a reservation? I said no but do you have a room available? She said "Wonderful, ....... no" She was so rude in her tone of voice and mannerisms. I asked if there was a hotel nearby. She stated a couple of ones in Eugene. I stay in hotels about twice a week all over California, Oregon n Nevada for my work. The way this "in training desk clerk" handled this request was very unfriendly and harsh. She even gave the man before me in line a hard time and checking him in was like a police intergation. We went to Eugene and found a fantastic hotel with the best of staff ever. I'm glad we didn't stay at the Choice Hotel.
