I went here to get a few patches sewn onto a jacket and will not be giving them anymore business. No one helped me pin on the patches to the jacket. I was told pin the patches to the general area of where I wanted them and that they will straighten and center the patches themselves. When I picked up the jacket the patches were crocked and definitely not centered. I called and asked if I could have the patches looked at and redone and the owner was giving me a very difficult time on the phone and would barely let me speak. Extremely disappointed in the customer service! This is NOT a place to go to for alterations! Service: Alterations

Poor customer service and unprofessional dry cleaning practices. Maybe Timberhill is better, but the 9th street cleaners are not good at what they do.

Been using this business since we moved in 2020; cheerful staff - but will NOT go back due to owner deciding not to dry clean pillow covers (these are not new, and were dry cleaned wonderfully by another cleaner before) due to possible issues with the fabric. They did not call to discuss concerns, nor let us know they just decided not to do the job. Have never complained or made any claims on any of their service before and would have willingly signed a liability waiver. Imagine shock to make 20 mile trek to pick up clean covers as promised at drop off for company coming only to find your covers in a bag untouched.
Total lack of respect or any form of true customer service for the customer = lack of trust and respect for the business owner. Rather drive another 5-7 miles more each way to Salem than give this business another penny. Services: Laundry wash & fold, Dry cleaning
