Checking in with the staff for my lab test.I requested an experienced Phlebotomist and I thanked her for doing it.
Phlebotomist she gave me is very professional and just poked me once and so gentle."Thank you Carlee" you are awesome I did not get scared for multiple poking and bruises today.

Ive been a patient at NBMC for a few years now and have always had great experiences and wonderful care. Wanted to highlight Tashia from radiology in particular. She was so kind getting me in for imaging after I presented to urgent care with some scary symptoms. Their whole team was lovely and I am so grateful for the peace of mind I now have. Incidentally, I also appreciate Tashia on the provider side whenever I need to retrieve records from NBMC for a mutual patient (I work at a local clinic). Always pleasant and efficient - which I can say from experience is exceptional for a medical center of this size. Many thanks, and hey - nice to put a face to the name!

When I got here at 2:45pm for my appointment with dr.somera at 3pm is when I checked in and told the elderly woman behind desk 1 that yes I am covered by advanced health and told me I had to pay a co-pay of $330 dollars today in advance and I am not happy at all. I am leaving this review for anyone who comes here and my advice is to go somewhere else than to come to this rotten godforsaken stupid facility and having to pay a ludicrous amount of money for any kind of visit or medical care.
I wish this place was bankrupt, shutdown, and their doors closed permanently.
I hate this place and it's greedy physicians

I had to get a heart monitor zio patch and I was not told that it had latex in it which Im extremely allergic to. I had it on for two weeks per doctors request and when I took it off I have burns and a rash. I just called NBMC to ask if there was latex in the product and the lady on the phone Rudely told me that latex was in all adhesive. I tried to respond saying that I would have liked to know due to my allergy listed on my chart. But before I could say anything she hung up on me. I feel like when it comes to an allergic reaction due to not being notified by my care provider. They should be a little more concerned than hanging up on a patient and not even asking if I was okay. I love my obstetrician through the company but have had nothing but problems with all the other care providers there. Very disappointed in patient care.
