I cannot say enough good things about the firm of Wells, Manning, Eitenmiller & Taylor. My attorney was Mark Manning and when I first began my journey to file for disability benefits on my own, I was turned down twice and very frustrated. After contacting attorney Miller I now had a support team and a team who would fight for me and ultimately win my case. I highly recommend that if you are filing for disability benefits, that you contact the firm of Wells, Manning, Eitenmiller & Taylor. They are really great at communication and answering all of your questions and they really care about winning your case for you.

This firm was helpful right from day one. The process was daunting, but my attorney, Mr. Mark Manning, always explained things so thoroughly and with a sincere endeavor to help.
They always answered any questions I had, and their communication was always extremely prompt and kind. Any time I spoke with someone on the phone or via email, whether it be Mr. Manning or other firm members (shout-out to Becky :) ), they were always warm, caring and helpful.
It was nice to know they were there at any point during the long process of appeal. I have no doubt their efforts played a large role in my finally being awarded a fully favorable decision.
I would highly suggest hiring them to help you with your case.

Thank you all for the help with my case. I am so happy that you helped me get SSA to see that there really was an issue with my health and it didn't take years to get my approval. The last attorney that had my case took 3 years to get my denial and wouldn't help past that because of covid hitting the US. You all are amazing.

Mr. Manning is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He always made sure to update me about my ssdi case and to answer any questions or concerns I had.
