I went on a tour today no one was at the front desk with Covid with no masks. We were asked to stay for lunch but it didnt look very appealing.I met with The Executive Director but he made no time to meet with me. I then asked to meet with the Nurse I was told she was busy which makes me question if her license is real. She has No clue what shes doing. This was the worst touri have ever experienced. I will definitely not be recommending this place to family and friends.

It is a corporation. Corporations are notoriously not user friendly. The bottom line is, and always will be, $$$$$$$$$$. I know many people that live in a SRL facility, and they are extremely unhappy. Abuse of employees in the administration is rampant. Promised one thing, then given another. No investigation when accusations are made against employees. Favoritism, slander, abuse, outright lying, and politics. Nothing new in corporations. Just another day in corporate America.
