We had a wonderful experience with Northwest Mountain Builders! Randy exceeded our expectations and was able to complete our project on a quick timeline unheard of in this area. He was always easy to get ahold of, professional, and went the extra mile on a variety of side projects that came up over the course of our renovation. I especially appreciated that he never tried to "upsell" or push anything on us. Highly recommend!

Riverside studio remodel went beautifullyRandy Hutchinson treated my small project as if it were a million dollar babyfor me it was! Every inch had to be optimized from the rewiring to moving an old wall to get more efficiency without sacrificing elegance with clean designswe did it all. Randys collaboration with me was great and his subs are top notchtrusted him the entire experience. More photos of the final effort in a month! THANK YOU!

It was a nightmare trying to find a contractor to do a bathroom remodel until I hired Randy with Northwest Mountain Builders. Other contractors wouldn't come to my home to see the job and discuss options. They named a price over the phone that was far above my budget. Randy came to my home. At no time did he judge me or tell me that the job could not be done within my budget. When other contractors treated me like I was stupid for keeping the cedar around the shower, Randy said it would be nice and doable. I now have a spa thanks to Randy. He and his subs offered me options and actively involved me in the decision making. Randy and his subs cleaned up after doing work. When there were a lot of materials left over, he told me he'd take them back and get me a refund. Over the years I've done a number of remodels and no contractor offered to do that. Despite moving on to other jobs after my job was finished, if there was an inspection he would call me to let me know the inspector was on the way and he showed up to be present to answer the inspector's questions. Again, no other contractor I had hired in the past did that and it was great. When one inspector told me I passed even though the water lines were switched for the faucet, Randy fixed it. I show pictures of the work he did and I get a lot of compliments. Randy did such a great job and he treated his sub contractors with the same respect he treated me. This was important to me. I reached out to Randy and had him do the hall bath. It turned out as beautiful as the master bath. I wouldn't use anyone other than Randy to do a remodel.
