I am happy with my car but the service I received was awful for the most part. Appointments I made were not respected and were not followed through. This happened multiple times. I started to get very stern around my interactions after a certain point because I didnt trust them to honor my time or my appointments. My car was detailed very poorly. I had to go through and clean it myself. The person who helped me at carmax said she would follow up with me the next Monday about the detailing as the outside had dirt on the edge of the doors due to adhesive of some kind. I was never reached out to. I was able to get it off myself so I know it wasnt done by them. They must have just ran it through a car wash but didnt fully detail it.
