      image First they told me my tax return was a certain amount, then next time I talked to them it was all of a sudden half that. They took my entire state refund as their fee, and I have still not received my federal refund, 5 months later. The woman I dealt with (Sue Jordan) no longer replies to my emails. No phone contact. Every time I try the corporate help number the call is dropped or no one answers. Terrible busines.
