Horrible customer service bar none. Took my pressure washer in to get a new hose and reel installed and also asked of them to take a look at it. Got it all back in pieces. Im sure they get business because theyre the only ones around in the area. If I could give them a zero star, it would be a zero star.

Very knowledgeable. Great prices. They help me upgrade my hose on my Dewalt pressure washer. Instead of replacing with the stock plastic ridged hose.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Called to ask about some things with full intentions to come in and shop. The lady cut me off mid sentence and said you havent bought anything from me so why should I help you? I honestly couldnt believe it
