      image TERRIBLE customer service. I went for a in store credit exchange and they would not allow me to return the merchandise because they said it was a hair curler and it had touched my hair. It had not it was too large for my hair. Then I SENT IN MY BOYFRIEND TO RETURN and all of sudden the lady wanted to return the merchandise? Mmmm sounds like she had issues with women? And should not he working retail if they are going to pick and choose who the allow refunds too. Very unhappy. I was there on 1/15 at 130pm. 2 ladies at the front counter.
