A+ service from start to finish. CFR was the second company I received a bid from to do my piers. After being yanked around with the other company with higher prices and an arrogant salesmen; I decided to get a second opinion. Crown Foundation was professional, respectful, super clean and treated everything at my home with respect. The crew was exceptionally nice and cleaned my backyard area better than the original condition! The piers made a tremendous difference in my home and I could not be happier with this company! This was truly a great and flawless experience, Im so happy we chose to support this local OK business!

Our 1899 Sq Ft house was inspected twice within 2 wk by 2 inspectors. The 2nd inspector Aaron Harris of Redbud Property Inspections wrote "possible damage was found in the wall structure. A foundation specialist can evaluate and advise on how to repair, if necessary." Without a notice to us, the buyers agent Blake Kalman of Becky Ivins Movers Real Estate instantly got a quote of $8450.00 for installing 13 piers recommended by Gary L. Thornton of Crown Foundation Repair in Yukon and attached it to the TRR to the buyer and us. That probably scared the shxt out of the buyer. The most suspicious thing was Agent Blake stated in the TRR "Buyer is requesting 6 piers to be installed", although 13 were suggested by Foundation Gary. Because the 1st inspector did not report any structure damages to us, I decided to have 3rd and 4th opinions and hired a house builder and a licensed Structure Engineer to assess the house thoroughly. Both reports confirmed no damages at all and recommended no piers needed. When we presented these reports to agent Blake, he immediately responded "no piers will be installed then". It appeared agent Blake Kalman, inspector Arron Harris and Crown Foundation Gary Thornton might be "connected" and tried to rip of us. " In short, I would avoid all Blake Kalman of Becky Ivins Movers Real Estate, Arron Harris of Redbud Inspections and Garry Thornton of Crown Foundation Repair if all possible!!
