I would 10 out of 10 recomend this shop! They are very personable and also helpful!
I ordered flowers for my moms funeral and viewing it didnt take them much time to get there. I had no idea what to order the lady was so sweet and great at helping me get an idea of what to get! If I ever need flowers for anything else I know where I going!

We have not actually been in in this florist shop. We went last week to order flowers for a funeral. We chose Flowers by Pat from the internet because it was close to our home and close to the funeral home and it had good reviews The website said they were "open" and provided "in-store shopping, curbside pick-up and delivery". We weren't sure what we wanted in the way of flowers so we decided to go see what was available and how they looked. When we got there the doors were locked. There was a signs on the door that said "open", "masks are required inside" and "call (number provided) to come in". We had masks on. So we stood outside the door and called the number given on the door., The woman who answered would not allow us in. She wanted us to order over the phone while we stood there, not being able to see any flowers, or arrangements, or prices. We told her that wasn't the way we wanted to order flowers. She flat refused to allow us to come in even though we told her we had masks on. My problem with all of this is: if they are open, then they should be allowing customers to enter their store. If they aren't going to allow anyone in, masked or not, then technically they are NOT OPEN and should remove their "open" sign, their instructions that "customers must wear masks" and a sign that says "phone orders or online orders only" . They should have an explanation on their website stating that the store is "closed to in-store customers and that all order must be by phone or online to save people the trip to a store that they think is open only to get there and find out it isn't. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their flowers may be beautiful, (I don't know), but we will never go back. We found another florists that was actually OPEN where we ordered a beautiful arrangement for the funeral.
