I hate leaving bad reviews, but after multiple attempts to contact the company with no response I feel I should warn others. I won an item on an online auction and followed the instructions for shipping, contacting the UPS store in Joplin, etc. I never received the item or any response for the company when I called and e-mailed. They did take my payment for the item, so they pocketed my money and I received nothing in return. I have never had an in person experience with this company, but I would not recommend bidding on an item they are required to ship.

Won bid on an item. It went to the other bidder. Had people ask me what just happened. Some other bidders were still biding and the bid was called. I was floored and very upset. Was only told sorry. Things were being sold that weren't suppose to be. They even had a list of what to sell. Not professional

I wouldn't give him 1 star.. the owner is rude to customers..everyone was HOT not just him.
