Byron Calhoun was very knowledgeable about the Tulsa area, and displayed sincere interest in looking at houses and finding one that fit me best. His analysis of the asking prices of houses was helpful in determining how much to offer, and in asking for repair or replace. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking an agent here!

We had quite a journey from looking at several houses and then giving up on a house right now, to finding the perfect house and making an offer within a 4 hour window, to having to switch lending 3x. 60 days later, we finally signed! Byron was with us EVERY step of the way, offering the best advice for us, listening to my concerns, following up with alllllll of the parties.....even when he had to be in the hospital for a couple if days......he still made sure we were covered and well cared for!
