Patrick helped us purchase our first home over 5 years ago and we are still so thankful for his care, experience, and expertise. He helped us through the disappointment of a contract falling through on a house that we loved, but ultimately helped us find an even better house that we still call home today. While we were under contract for our house, Patrick discovered that the sellers had failed to disclose a major structural issue with the house that would require expensive repairs. Patrick very quickly and professionally addressed that situation with the seller's agent and resolved the situation by getting the sellers to pay for the repairs. He also was adamant in making sure that the repairs were done well and that our new house would be as or more structurally sound than when it was first built. I truly believe that Patrick's years of experience and high level of attention and care that he had for us and our home led to him discovering this undisclosed issue and getting it resolved so well. We love our house and are so thankful for Patrick and all of his help to find us the right home for us!

I watched Pat assist my parents with multiple sales and purchases of homes growing up. Thankfully Ive been blessed to have had his assistance in the purchase of and sales process of my own home as a young adult.
