I gave a clean specimen and it wasn't enough and because of this I didn't get the job that I was applying for and I've took many UA's in my lifetime there was plenty enough in that cup

I have never been treated so unprofessionally at a clinic in my life. The staff acted like they didn't care about anything. The front office girl was scatter brained to start then it tricked uphill somehow. I answered all the question with honesty and that was a mistake. I had a medical concern 12 years ago and was checked out so good to go. I told them that I had an issue years ago they acted like it was recent and the end of the world. I understand the employers want a healthy person so you don't fall over dead on their watch but still. They wanted me to be accessed by another Dr. and get the results back to them. No insurance makes that very difficult and costly. Apparently their Dr. is capable of checking people? My best advice is if you have no choice in using them to do prescreening, LIE LIE LIE on your paperwork and you might be good to go.

This place is a joke. The physicians assistant, who isn't a MD should not be making decisions on her PERSONAL opinion instead of professional. I was rejected clearance because I was taking one more pill a day that she was uncomfortable with and then told the company I failed my physical exam which I didn't fail anything physical about the exam. This also puts into questioning my Doctor's (who is an MD) ability to treat me accordingly to my needs. These places play GOD too much and destroys people's lives who are trying to make it. You told me if I was only taking 2 instead of 3 a day then you would pass me. Personal opinion not professional. No place for you in the medical field. You shouldn't question other medical professionals!!!!

When I went to One Source the service was great and the workers were friendly and ready to help! The place was very professional and efficient! I will come back for any other need I have!
