Great Afternoon Customer Service ..! Did an amazing work on my wedding dress came back looking like new in a preserved wedding box .. started taking my drycleaning clothes also and I have been more then happy with the quality results my husbands shirts are Spiffy Cleannn..!! Always take care of any missing/broken buttons tooo..!

Husband dropped off his clothes on Monday morning 8/12, I drive by Tuesday evening 8/13 to pick them up, arrived at 6:10pm thinking they closed at 7pm and they closed at 6pm, google had not been updated with new hours, so I helped out and edited it. No big deal....husband goes to cleaners Wednesday morning 8/14 at 7:15am, doors are still locked and they should have opened at 7:00am. Husband called at 5:30pm asking if they were open and he tried to stop by earlier this morning. Guy on phone stated they were behind and opened later that day. I arrive at 5:50pm Wednesday 8/14 to pick up my husband’s clothes for the guy to tell me that his clothes aren’t done and there is a huge backup and they won’t be done till Friday at the earliest, most likely Monday! He said it was due to a huge factory restoration process so everything is severely behind. Wow....my husband would have loved to have been informed of that BEFORE he dropped off the majority of his clothes but they decided not to tell him. You can’t even access their website to find out any information on the restoration as their online account has been suspended! He went by Monday 8/19 and they still were not ready, finally he picked them up Tuesday morning on 8/20. They gave no discount for all the trouble. This will be our last visit.
