The treatment I received was absolutely abhorrent, and showed an inability to cater to disability. If you have difficulty with communication, this place should be avoided. The flippant attitudes of the nurses and care team is the direct result of their ego. As a result, they have caused harm to a human being. They should be ashamed. I hope that they have learned from this, but I fear that they have not.

I have had the worst time with basic anything. Oklahoma planned parenthood does NOT work on sliding scale, everything is very expensive. They don’t answer their phone ever, and when they do I’m supposed to get a call back. My phone never rings, I just get voicemails. I try to call back, I sit on hold for at least an hour for them to tell me “I will have someone call you back as soon as possible” so I can get another voicemail? I am so done with this place.

I go to my appointment and I get there and the security guy was unkind to me and he's like you're not on the list and I showed him I had an appointment and he was said "whatever I'm just gonna let them deal with it." He proceeds to let me in and I go to the front desk and I tell them I have an appointment and they say "we tried to call you and our technician is out so you're gonna have to reschedule." This was after they already sent me text reminders at 7 am. I drove from an hour away and missed work in order to go to this appointment to only get turned away. I was then told that I could go to Edmond or okc. Very disappointing :( I wish there had been better communication.

Don’t EVER call their on cal phone service, the people who answer are DISGUSTINGLY rude and don’t even give you a chance to speak. They are hateful, short, zero sympathy and have no time to speak unless you’re dying and then you need to go to the ER.
