Poor customer service. Went in with my family of 6 to bowl with kids. And the machine jammed and we threw a few extra before we actually realized it was jammed the lady then after 15 minutes came back in from smoking cigarettes outside. And had a completely trashy attitude and said if we jam it up again we will be kicked out and not aloud back. Not to mention in 1 game the machine jammed up 3 times.
