Chuck is a fantastic landlord! Very quick and responsive about any question or repair issue. He also works very hard to get what you need. I have lived at 2 different properties and each time I have felt well taken care of.

I am a current renter with CCD and have been for the last 9 or so years. I've always received prompt communication-no matter what time I call or text (which is extremely rare for Stillwater rental agencies!) Chuck is professional, prompt and friendly. I have never felt like I was inconveniencing him. As long as I rent in Stillwater I will stay with CCD Rentals.

I have been with Chuck and CCD Rentals for almost 5 years. I have lived in two of his properties, both of which allowed pets. Chuck has been one of my best landlords; he is easy to reach and quick to act. He has extra appliances for any emergencies, so you won't be without a fridge, water heater or washer and dryer. When I had someone attempt to get into my car late one night, he came and installed lights around the cars. Every winter he comes and turns on my heat and cleans the system out for me. He is very proactive in reminding tenants about cold weather protocols and making sure we leave lights on when we leave for breaks. He really does care for his tenants and I recommend him and his business to anyone who will listen.

I've rented with CCD Rentals for the last 4+ years while attending graduate school at OSU and Chuck is, hands down, one of the best landlords I have had the privilege of renting from. He is always responsive to texts/calls and any issue that has sprung up (very few in my time here) was handled immediately. The rent is very affordable and Chuck's care and attentiveness for each of his properties and tenants is far more than what you pay for. To anyone considering renting a property in Stillwater, Chuck will always be the first person I recommend!

Chuck is an awesome landlord. He truly cares about his tenants. If you get a chance to rent with him I highly recommend it! Best landlord in town
