These guys are inattentive on the road - cutting people off and not using their blinkers and such. If you’re gonna have business info on your car, drive like your business is dependent on it.

When the owner of rbk came out he seemed professional and descent but everything we talked about was out the door from not parking on the yard to trash all over the yard and saying they would be there around a certain timeframe which was atleast a couple hrs late or off from time they said which I wasn’t concern with the timeframe and the workers seem very unprofessional and they weren’t rbk s guys it was universal roofing’s guys from prattville and I had to tell them kinda wat to do they poorly installed a fascia board and didn’t cut the angle right and even split the would and still left it until I told them to remove which they did also told the owner I wanted some rotten wood replaced and would give additional money for and he agreed to do and he only did like a 1/4 of wat we talked about , they also messed up my flat roof and just put rolled roofing on top of old roll roofing and the edges looked so bad they had to patch w bigger flashing and more roll roofing , also had to make them add sleeve to a vent pipe cause of the poor installation of them installing the roll roofing. The actual roof dnt look great at all it’s not square and they also put hole in my decking and just covered with out repairing or telling me ,they left nails in yard and was suppose to run mag over , I tried to give money and the owner did not want to take until issues were fix which he didn’t want to fix all the issues just the small ones or watever he wanted to fix and once told about all these issues begin to bring other partner out to look at roof , after I begin bringing the issues up to him he threaten w liens immediately which then I had to pay his bills for the materials to keep abc from putting Lein on my house but he still put his mechanics Lein on my house and there’s so much more but I wouldn't trust or use rbk roofing and or universal roofing period ever again and I wouldn’t trust them either I’m still waiting on response from his lawyer on giving them theirs money which he want full amount which is not gonna happen after I’ve done his job for him so I offer less cause I had to pay there bills and tell them how to do there job so next I’m gonna write review on universal roofing’s guys cause people should t get treated this way and all I was trying to do is put more work in my city it wasn’t about the money I express that to him how I wanted it to look good and be done right and would pay extra it all still went down hill . Don’t use these guys also vents are crooked also they were cutting onto my decking w skill saw there’s handful more stuff like how I have to call them they also gave me lawyers wrong email address and the list goes on Service: Roof installation

Very professional. The guys were very good and I think my yard was cleaner when they left. Saved me alot of money and worked with my insurance company.
