I cannot find anywhere that you were a customer in my office. I would appreciate it if you would at least elaborate as to why you were giving my office a one star review, so that I may address that for future customers. UPDATE: Since posting my OP review they have indeed expanded their parking areas and the office as a whole. Their waiting area is now sufficient and I really have no complaints! This is the best tag agency around, even for several counties, in my opinion. I send everyone I know to go there.
OP: These guys are so friendly and willing to help in whatever way they can. I've been very happy with them for all my experiences. I would only wish there was better parking and more room for waiting area. It's usually pretty busy.

Called ahead asked all the questions . Got there at 1:00 to do my wait . Just for her to say we cannot help you or anyone doing the things advertised. We are not authorized. . Taking off work driving from Tulsa to AVOID THE WAIT . Here is the part that brings me to complain . One employee said you should remover the post advertising the service. Lady said she was not doing that . absolutely not her words. So how many people get inconvenienced by her lack of action ?? Ask yourself is it ok to be lied to for no reason ? Or avoiding a customer a inconvenience when you know you cannot complete your advertised service .

I don't know the ladies name that helped me but I went in with what I was afraid was going to end up being a complicated situation to try and get a tag but the girl breezed me right through with no problems at all and was SUPER friendly!
