this place was overall just fine. my bf and i stayed 2 nights. it does smell like cigarettes but thats the room i booked so i expected it to, wasnt a problem. bed/pillows was comfy and breakfast was good, had a make your own waffles so i thought that was neat, though the biscuits they had were hard, felt days old. the vending machine could use refreshing, out of date snacks and only had coke to choose from out of all 8 options. overall the only complaint we have that really bothered us was people were so noisy all night. roaming hallways, slamming doors, but just cause we had inconsiderate people doesnt mean you will. the place could use some updating but its not disgusting. the view out our window was nice, would stay here again and most likely will :)

This hotel is nasty. Mold on the walls by the beds and in the bathroom. Bugers on the walls in the bsthroom.
Jerry was out check in person. He put us in 120 tv didnt work and bathroom door sticks shut. Moved us to 118 bugers all over the wall mold everywhere carpet still had food from previous people. Tub drain had a bolt in it but would not hold water had to clog it with a rag for my girls to take a bath.

Where do I begin so first off the washer and dryer didnt want to work right and The cover in the washer apparently wasnt on or wasnt there to wear. It had screws sticking out that nobody could visibly see at the time and it literally ruined half of our clothes and childrens clothes and nobody wanted to do anything about it. Maintenance Man was the one that clarified about the screws so that just goes to show that they need new washer and dryers ive been complaining to the main owner for months about it but nobody wants to do their job. Their lamps are completely filthy in the rooms. The TV works. You just have to know where to aim the remote at. If youre standing up, you can get it to work it smells like cigarettes and almost every floor level you go to the mirrors were dirty and there was a lot of dirty things but at least we had nice clean beds to sleep in and good breakfast people that Ive talked to. You have been nice so far so its kind of a 50-50 deal. Dont stay here but do hopefully they will make it right because of the clothes situation I literally have proof of all of our stuff getting holes in it after putting it in the washer and then the dryer didnt even want to work right it barely dried anything and they basically took our money from both machines and its a hit and miss on finding a parking spot and then you got loud people upstairs and beside you and youre trying to sleep so I dont know if I will be back here or not if they dont make it right then Im definitely not gonna come back some of the clothes me and My Husband had sentimental and we cant get those back because our loved ones are passed away and our childrens clothes makes me even more furious because this is all we really have.. not to mention, the pool is completely shut down, which is a bummer because we were looking forward to swimming as a family and the gym doesnt even have a treadmill which that sucked.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was good. The lady in charge of breakfast helped me out, tremendously with trays, and even got my drinks ready for me when I came back down to get them since the tray wasnt big enough for the drinks when I had to go get meals for four at least something was good here.
