Appalled at the service from this store. They let my daughter go in the store as an unauthorized user on my account and move her phone to someone elses account and left me with the device payment! Hello FRAUD! I confirmed with an official Verizon store and through calling Verizon that she wasnt an authorized user and it was in fact FRAUD! They also told me that I could get a free watch if I opened a line and it charged me monthly for 14 months. Luckily an official Verizon employ got the device payment moved to her new account and refunded me the money I had been paying on the watch. I would recommend driving to an official Verizon store for service.

Their customer service is impeccable. They really do try to help you and they do try to make things work. Theyre great people they greet you when you walk in just seems like a really happy positive atmosphere. Yes I would highly recommend anybody that is looking for a new cell phone to go there.

Wanted to maybe switch from T-Mobile, when I came in everyone was busy. That's fine. Not one acknowledgede me even to say we'll be with u shortly. The gentleman that I asked what would it take to switch seemed like he didn't know what he was talking about. Reading the reviews I may take a trip to ftsmith instead...
