We hired Frontier in 2018 for all new windows and two back patio doors. In 2019 one of the doors began to stick and the installation team came out to look. They determined it needed to be rehung and said they would have the office call to schedule a time. They never did. I called two weeks ago to try again and the woman who answered the phone took my information and said someone would call me tomorrow to set up a time to come back out. No one called. I waited a week and tried again. This time I asked to wait on hold. The man I spoke with said that I would have to pay $125/hour for them to come out and look at what needed to be done, adjust the door or rehang it. I reluctantly agreed, even though I think they should back the work that they did. He said someone would be out later in the week. That was last week on Monday. It has now been another full week and I have not heard a word from them.
The products are nice, we love the windows. But beware of poor follow through and communication. Service: Installation
