Posted a review on Google that the owner has repeatedly removed. Family and I made purchases for sometime without any issues, not great customer service, but an array of quality collectible. The interaction however in a Facebook group for the store was deeply troubling. Companies have always and will continue to replicate. As opposed to being the "knowledgeable" Owner in which this establishment claims to be, and educating customers on product as opposed to trying to dictate the actions of the consumer needed to sustain one's business. If the owner cant separate their emotions from their work and find childish means (blocking customers then complaining about them elsewhere) then perhaps they should hire new management and be just the owner. The screenshots are from our Facebook interaction. The image you see in red was not allowed to be sent due to me being blocked.  The owner quickly removed the feed after falsely making claims that they could contact the cops for children trying to trade in and sell replicas of popular cards and blocked me.
