Trash bank. Very deceitful practices. Will switch your checking account to another type of checking and charge you a monthly fee without your consent.

Worst bank in Ponca City. Terrible customer service does not work with fast payment services such as Zelle. Choose another provider

Im not one to leave bad reviews, but this bank is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I have the app and asked to dispute an item 4 times!!! They wouldnt help me! I also have a 13 month CD with this helpless bank! I had questions regarding my CD and they never responded after 5 attempts. They are super nice and return calls when you want to open an account but no help when you need it! Im closing my account. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do NOT Bank here. I wish someone would have warned me. STAY AWAY!!! The customer should never have to ask numerous times for a bank to protect their assets as they are legally bound to do so.
