I at one time thought this was the best body shop around.. I travel from OKC to use them , But I’ve had to come in here three different times for two different vehicles of mine this year (2021) and they have changed their staff. Now both of my vehicles are miss matched in the repair areas and have extreamly poor texture. when I brought this up to the shop they tried to tell me that “no repair is undetectable” or “I’m looking at it in the wrong light” , and no color can be perfectly matched” (even though they did a beautiful job on my wife’s pearl white Cadillac 3 different times and my work truck once in 2019) they argued that the texture was OEM quality, (even though it looks like hail damage where I paid for the repair).
After speaking with one of my friends who has had the same issue with this shop recently, I decided to drive back to Ponca city with my wife following in her car for a final attempt at having my miss matched paint jobs corrected only to encounter more excuses and one extremely hostile employee. When I arrived i was greeted by a older gentleman who offered to assist me with my complaints, I showed him how my vehicles did not look the proper colors and tones that they should he then left to retrieve his “painter” as the painter (a young skinny fellow) approached both of my vehicles he started speaking loud and aggressively about how “some people can’t be pleased” and “if they only knew what they were talking about” also my absolute favorite “it matched when it left”.
I asked when I could get them in to be corrected or if I could leave one and return with the other when the first had been corrected and I was informed that they were “booked up through the rest of 2021”
Don’t get me wrong I have never had such issues with this shop in the past. In fact I have sent personal friends and family here because they had the best paint jobs for hundreds of miles, but this is no longer the case. The older gentleman explained that their experienced painter left in 2020 and that the quality hasn’t been the same since.
Don’t wast your time here, take the time to find a quality repair facility with experienced staff before you hand your keys over.

The repairs to the right rear of my Sierra are flawless and exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and provided exceptional customer service. Everything was explained to my satisfaction and they kept their commitments throughout the process. It took about 6 weeks for them to get my truck in, but to me, that is a good sign of a reputable shop. I would much rather wait on great work than settle for mediocre work. Once they got the truck in, they finished it within the timeframe they predicted. This is the second vehicle they have repaired for me and I will absolutely return when/if needed.
