My husband owns a mobile welding business in Michigan. This company contacted him to fix a weld on a smoker they a sent a customer that was unfinished. My husband finished the job and was told to email them the cost and they would ship a payment. My husband has tried contacting them several times they either 1. Don’t answer or 2. Promise payment and never send anything. You would think being a company they wouldn’t ghost or totally rob a company. Please BEWARE, DO NOT do any out of state services for this company, they will scam you and rip you off. We fully plan on prosecuting.

Placed an order for parts for my smoker and it took longer than expected. I didn't know that the parts ordered were not kept in stock and had to be made. A quick note would have been nice to update me about the issue, but parts are being shipped as of this posting.
The gentleman on the phone was very understanding and informative about my issue. I am awaiting arrival of the parts and hoping to update the review to a 5 star after I get them.
**UPDATE** I received my parts very soon after talking to them. I was kinda worried that I may have some issues with them fitting because I do not have a Horizon smoker. There was no need to worry. Everything fits wonderfully! I am excited to start smoking meat again. Thank you Horizon. I will be ordering more parts in the near future and look forward to doing business with y'all!

Just got my new smoker and couldn't be happier. The quality is amazing, thank you all so much. I can't believe how different it feels than other cheap smokers I have used. I know this smoker will be with me for decades.
