image If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible & incompetent. They charged us for a year for a car we no longer owned despite repeated calls & emails. Take your business to a more reputable agent.

image I would like to start this claim by saying I have never given anyone or any place a 1 star review. This guy and State Farm absolutely deserve it though. I want to save anyone else from the nightmare of dealing with them.
We had to file a claim and it was a absolutely terrible. After waiting 5 days with no communication, I called to check in. Turns out there was a clitch in some system and my vehicle had not even been picked up from the wrecker. I then started calling almost every day to check in since no one seemed concerned that the process wasn't moving along. SIX WEEKS LATER, we received reimbursement. I expressed my frustration kindly more times than I care to remember and no one seemed concerned. Every person I spoke to, blamed someone else and said it was out of their hands. The experience was terrible and no one seemed to geninuenly care that it was. I have left State Farm with no intentions of going back.
Update: I was still receiving bills from EMS over a month after I turned them into this agent. He finally figured out that the claim had been put on the wrong day. So I had to call and request that be updated. So another month goes by and I receive another bill. I call auto claims to check in and turns out he NEVER TURNED IN OUR MEDICAL CLAIM. So now, once again, I'm doing his job and sending in the medical claims and calling every day to make sure they are paid so I don't end up being sent to collections. Is this real? He DOES NOT care about his clients. He DOES NOT do his job. If you want insurance you have to stress about, follow up with over and over again, and don't expect decent customer service this might be the guy, but otherwise find someone else!!

Thank you for informing me you were billed again. I will check with SF claims department and help you resolve this matter. Sorry for your inconvenience we complied with all State Farm claims asked us to do when we changed the date of the claim. Will update you with any new information from claims.
