The first truck I was offered had a malfunctioning gear shift. D on the shifter reversed the vehicle. Park was neutral.
The second truck I was given, after leaving I noticed how unsafe it was.
Turn indicators did not provide feedback in the cab. No dash lights and no sound. It randomly would throw oil warnings, the parking brake stuck, and took me a few mins to get it to release. The seatbelt receiver had no shroud and was quite jagged. I broke skin (small cut on finger) scraping it on the buckle. Truck as insanely loud with in cab engine noise. Steering was sloppy. The padlock on the lift gate was sticky, had to pry it open when I latched it.
Absolutely would never rent from this place again.

Will never use this uhaul again. Walked in smelled like straight weed, not a problem as idc, however the guy who helped me didn't explain anything to me. Just took my money and said fill it up before returning. Once again not an issue it has a full tank when I got it. Heres where we run into an issue. 19.99 for the pick up, .4886miles=$61.23. however they charged me 112.56 because I jad the truck for two days. No I rented it for 24 hours, got there to drop it off they were already closed. They said I was supposed to check it in online. NOONE explained that two me. So now I'm just out of money. This is why people get mad. People be at places just for a check, no work needed apparently.

The place was reasonably clean, the personnel were nice, but i was not given a receipt for checkout and was told that i didnt need to fill the tank with gas. Therefore i left as it wss raining. I ended up being billed an extra 21 for fuel..Not good. In addition, the movers they sent were terrible

Went here yesterday and rented a truck & tow dolly. Everything went fine, besides getting charged for about 10 extra miles that we knew for a fact we didnt go.
I dont recommend the trucks, they have incorrect readings and that of course cost customers more. The men that were in there yesterday morning around 10am-11am were unprofessional and they make the business look bad. What are you guys working there for if you dont want to pull the truck out. Another reason not to rent, the staff is not good.

Absolutely worst place in OKC!! Very unprofessional, very rude workers! Dont rent from here!
