Jacob Britt is the worst surveyor. Fell down at the site and appeared drunk! Unbelievable.

Had some questions regarding the potential survey of a plat to convert it to a lot. Charlie spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me to explain my options and linked us to the local City Director's office so we could get further answers to our questions. I really appreciated the time he took to help us, before we were even customers.

After 3 calls and 10 days John finally called back and said that he could do the survey in about 6 weeks for $2500. Not a fan.
