Place isnt as nice as it seemscheap appliancescarpet doesnt last longlived here 1 year and Im so ready to movethis place is trashreally noisy too

Had a great time living at this community. Leasing office, maintenance, etc. at every point I have encountered helpful, friendly people. Great location, easy access to highways.

They leasing staff, Keith and Julie, are sincerely the best people Ive ever met. Someone give them a real RAISE, yall. They went literally above and beyond to move me in as fast as possible and with the best conditions. And they landed me one of the best apartments Ive had so far in my life. This is a beautiful community to be part of. The staff is on TOP of everything, and the emergency maintenance staff are absolutely amazing too. Theyve made my life easy and I look forward to seeing them all in the beautiful clubhouse!! Please consider living here, youll have a fabulous time being inside these gorgeous apartments. Plus, they actually keep up with the housing! Im so excited to see how this apartment company is putting in new things on the apartments and repainting outside every unit. Not too many complexs even do upkeep like this. Thanks, Tuscany! You really show how much yall care!
