This is the jankiest optician I have ever stepped foot in. Their lobby reminded me of jiffy lube - sparse and dirty. Rows of metal chairs, most of which were broken. It was truly awful. I will never go back.

What a great experience I had today! Becca was incredible. I have some fear with anything medical related but she walked me through each step of the way. I truly felt cared for and important. Highly recommend this place.

I have a few issues with this place. When I called to make the appointment I was told the costs for exam was $99. I said I needed it for glasses and contacts but when I arrived for my exam they charged me $129. I asked what about the $99 I was told it would be. She said that a third party does the booking and they tell people wrong things. So if I wanted the exam I would have to pay the $129. I needed to get new contacts so I had to pay. Then, not knowing anything about the company, I was surprised to realize that the exam is done virtually, so you dont even get an actual person doing it. A worker puts the normal eye machines on you but the optometrist is on a tv screen talking to you. I just thought it was weird.
They advertised that you get a free exam with eye glasses for 79.99. But thats not actually the case! They still charged me the $129, plus the 79.99 and the cost of my contacts. I get paying for my contacts and dont have a problem with that, but I certainly didnt get a free eye exam like advertised.
I called the same number I had called to make the appointment once I realized I was still charged for the exam. She is looking into it and is supposed to call me back. I will update once I hear back.
So, just be aware of the false advertising and the fact you dont actually see an optometrist in person.
I cant attest to the quality of glasses yet.

This is second time I a week tried to get eye exam .these people are rude and do not know what customer service is. I had a 530 appointment was not late and the the person waiting on me was horrible and didn't want to answer my question claimed he called me at 12 noon I showed him I had No I repeat No missed calls I also have a text confirming my appointment when asked to speak to someone else he said he was the one who would be doing my exam even though he was not licensed because they send it out to have someone sign off on the prescription. They advertise same day and walk inside he was rude and told me I could not make a complaint because he was in charge he seemed to be racist but how do I have a confirmation for an appointment and you say you called but I show you my call history for the day but ask what was the call for and you can't even tell me this is the 3rd location I have tried to patronize and they don't want my business I see so I would not recommend this place to anyone I hate that as a potential customer the service was horrible at these locations for this Stanton business shame on this business shame shame shame I even recorded that last person .
