Very incompetent, the other party is not even trying hard and they’re wiping the floor with me, lies all the time, shows up late to court dates, doesn’t care for kids or for his customers, if you’re gonna hire him, think about it for a very long time before you make a grave mistake. You’d be better off by yourself then with this lawyer.

I was able to retain Mr. Waddell late in my extremely difficult divorce with a high profile individual who was bullying me relentlessly and using our child against me in an all out war as he prophetically declared would happen if I ever left him. Mr. Waddell was extremely gracious and accepting of my financial situation and let me make payments towards his fee. He counseled me and stopped the bullying and stood up for me in the courtroom.
