I had Chef Dee catered my wedding. I had no problems working with him. He discussed the menu, the cost, pickup day and times. Everything was delicious. He made some Southern rasta pasta, Cajun Corn on the Cob, Chicken wings with sauced and Honey butter rolls. Everyone asked and told me the food was good. Once I mention Chef Dee they were amazed. Ooh I haven't had him yet. I just want to say thank you so much for all that you do Chef!!!

I'm very disappointed with the service and food Chef Dee's Creations provided for my event on 11-4-23. His lack of communication and timeliness was unprofessional. I had to keep calling and following up with him when he said you would call me to go over my order. I prepaid a week in advance, BIG mistake! He did not give me options on wing flavors or the salad dressing. I asked for food to arrive by 3:30pm and it arrived close to 4pm. Late!!
The food wasn't what I expected. Cajun Seafood pasta did NOT have any seafood in it, the chicken had feather still on it and there was very limited sauce on them, tacos didn't have any tomatoes, the salad came with one dressing that no one eats, Thousand Island! And I specifically told him I did not want any corn yet he delivered corn anyway.
It was so disappointing using Chef Dee's Creations catering service for my event. I sent him a message after my event to express my disappointment, but he didn't reply, so I decided to write the review. I guess customer dissatifaction isn't his concern. That's sad!
My guest and I weren't pleased at all. I would not recommend Chef Dee's Creations to anyone.

My experience with the catering was horrible! The rice extremely hot that we couldn't eat it. The wings were in one container and we couldn't differentiate between the flavors without tasting them. Little to no sauce on the wings! The rolls straight from a bag supposedly honey butter! The Cajun Seafood Alfredo pasta was missing the alfredo and dry! Corn on the cob not seasoned and looked like someone threw butter on at as an after thought. The delivery person showed no professionalism at all. I would not recommend this place for catering any event! You don't get what you pay for weeks in advance! After getting your money he threw something together! Ruined our birthday weekend in Oklahoma City!

Saturday was extremely exciting for us, as we were celebrating a very special birthday. About an hour before the celebration, the host began receiving texts and phone calls. Chef Boryardee started the evening off completely wrong and unprofessional. He confirms with our host that we are still having the dinner, BUT informs us that we will not be having the Dirty Rice and wanted to substitute the side dish with a peach cobbler. SERIOUSLY? We do not need a dessert. He asked, "You guys don't like peach cobbler?" This has NOTHING to do with you not following the menu planned WEEKS in advance.
The delivery driver appeared as he was going to play basketball after the delivery by his appearance and lack of professionalism.
Now, on to the slop, I mean food provided. We could have catered KFC, and it would have been better than what we received. None of the food was finished as it was not edible, ESPECIALLY after finding hair in the burned meat, jalapeo drenched dirty rice.
I researched the reviews before writing mine. Instead of trying to use their comments and grow from them, they are doing the opposite. The person elected to respond tries to downgrade and chastise the reviewer. That will not happen in this case, as I have time today.
I will advise you to please learn how to respond to your patrons, keep excellent notes, and upgrade the personnel that delivers food to a catered event, and make sure your food matches, OR EXCEED, what is published.
