Where to start? 1. Pool was closed but nobody working on it so obviously the hotel doesn't care. It's like McDonalds ice cream machine. Just decoration. 2. Did not know that housekeeping is only once every three days. When they did come, they only put towels and then left, no beds made. Nada. 3. Went to go open a drawer, the WHOLE front of the drawer came off. I call front desk. They do nothing about it. 4. Breakfast is a joke. My kids could make a better buffet of food. 5. Coffee is dirt water. 6. TV didn't work in room. 7. Towels, cheapest ever. Falling apart on the ends. 8. And probably the worst of it all. 10am Monday Morning. My family and I are gathering out stuff to be ready to leave. THE MAINTENCE TECHNICIAN JUST WALKED INTO OUR ROOM!! No knocking, NOTHING. How dare you enter my room without permission. I still had an hour before checking out. Makes me think, how often does he just go into people's rooms without them knowing. Overall, very disappointed. Will not be returning to this location and will continue to let people I know, not to stay there.

SCAMMY HOTEL STAY AWAY. The management staff is extremely rude. I will be filling a suit against this hotel. After complying with the manager and showing him my service dog paperwork, he proceeded to charge me for a full night, denys me to check in and calls the police so that I can be kicked off the property because he wanted to prove a point, what this idiot failed to realize is Ive already stayed here a previous night a week ago with no issues!!! Its clear that the management and owner could care less about this place, just look at all the negative reviews, the manager nor owner never replies to anyone, just the corporate customer care team. They never offer a solution they just offer a measly apology like that would fix anything. I will be taking this a step further as the manager tried to violate my HIPPA rights and ask personal questions regarding my health and disability. He had no right as I already provided him with the necessary document to show that my dog indeed was a trained service animal. Lets see what their care team has to reply to my response. I will be contacting a few reports to make this awful establishment go VIRAL!!! ZERO STARS.
