I had a clogged shower drain. It flooded my bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and hallway. I vacuumed up some of it, but the damage was done. I called Servpro for help. Best call I could have made. They had a team at my door really quick. They pulled up the carpet and wet pad. Set up fans to dry under walls and cabinets. Aaron was very help full and came back a number of times to check the moisture readings. Aaron was very friendly but still professional. I hope that I don't ever need Servpro again but if I do, I will certainly call Servpro for help. When we called them for help they came immediately. Aaron was our technician and he has the best customer service! He was so helpful in explaining everything he was doing and about what needed to be done with the whole process. He made a very stressful event better for us.
