First class experience with this company! We chose a 50x60 weldup building to use as a shop and even did the extra step of adding insulation (definitely a smart idea).
We worked with Chris to design it, Bradley was our building supervisor and Jesse, Joey, Zach and Kevin, were just a few of the crew members that made the magic happen! They were all dependable, timely, well informed of the job, pleasant to deal with and left the job site clean everyday!
Cant say enough wonderful things about our experience! My hubby is already thinking about building #2lol!

Had the worst experience with this company. To be frank they are ruthless, dishonest, and are very unprofessional in their business tactics. Do not recommend. Go straight to the manufacturer cause your going to deal with them anyway. Better Barns is a rip off.. save your money and go straight to manufacture "LEGACY".

Had a horrible experience with these guys all the way through their process. I felt like I was pulling teeth to get an itemized receipt and when they finally got it to me they harassed me for payment. Their project manager Lance never relayed any messages I sent him. Vance took over from their, and could not be any less welcoming. They claimed to clean my property and there is construction debris everywhere still. Find someone else to do your build. EDIT: They STILL haven't taken care of rust on the building, they are trying to claim they don't have to do it. In writing have a 40 year warranty on paint. Literally use anyone but these clowns.

Worst experience ever. I thought that I was working with Better Barns to install a metal shelter. Little did I know that I would be outsourced to another company for the install. The manufacturer/installer added on additional cost to the shelter after the deposit was paid and contract signed, they cancelled my first install date because they over booked. Then the second install date I was told that my ground was not level enough. When I first spoke with the installer they provided me with a picture of how to confirm if your ground is level. I had to run string from one corner to the other and place levelers ontop of the string. Well I guess that is my fault for not doing it correctly. With the amount of money paid for this product it would have been helpful to have a project manager at better Barnes help me through each step or give me advise on hiring a contractor to help me. That was not the case as they drop you like a hot potato once you pay your deposit. They made me feel like they got their money so who cares about the customer anymore. Be aware future customers that help is limited once you pay your deposit. I will not use Better Barns or C&H company again!

I just had them build me a barn and they were very professional and friendly right from the start and make a very high quality barn and I was allowed to customize it how I wanted it and it was done pretty quickly the price was good and competitive. Bradley also did a great job walking us through the process.
