AKC Plumbing was professional, quick and thorough. They came out the same day I called. Clayton was knowledgeable and friendly. The work was completed quickly and cleanly. Carrie made sure the invoice reflected information and photos needed. 10/10 would recommend.

I had high hopes on this plumbing company that was referred to me. Unfortunately, they do not guarantee their work. I sent them out to a rental to unstop the kitchen side of the house and they snaked the yard line, so within a week the kitchens overflowing again. While I have made 5 phone calls to have them go back out they still have not taken care of this. They agree to go back out, but keep making excuses on why they haven't. I can't afford to do business with a company that does not honor their work.

As the contractor and owner of AKC Plumbing, I personally tried to return your call today, left a message and received no answer or return call, so I guess we can have our conversation here instead. We’ve made three trips to your property and have been unable to gain access. A clogged kitchen sink is not generally caused by clearing a sewer, so your backed up sink is a separate issue, although we're unable to confirm the issue because we can't get in. We have screen shots of your threats of bad reviews here, at the BBB, and NextDoor, as well as your attempt to extort a service call out of us by offering to delete them after we complete the call. Regardless of your threats or reviews, nothing changes the fact that we tried THREE TIMES AT NO CHARGE to complete your service call without success due to a locked door and a dog. We will absolutely not be held hostage by you or anyone else for reviews. We will also not be returning to your property, now or in the future. We wish you the best of luck in finding a plumber more suitable to your needs.

I had two of my toilets and my garbage disposal replaced. The guys did a fantastic job and hauled off all of the trash. I would highly recommend this company. They do clean, honest, and affordable work.

These people will try to kill you. They even impersonate their own owners of the company. Taehee Kim but goes by Carrie although youâ€™ve never had an alias named Carrie.

You sent the most incoherent plumbers until the gas leak that was left on by ONG gave me a stroke, and now theyâ€™re all scared tails tucked between their legs because the doctors said I wasnâ€™t supposed to survive.

Good riddance.

These people failed to replace/fix the many gas leaks in my house until I had a stroke. Now they are non responsive altogether and are in the midst of being wiped from the face of the earth by ONG and the State of Oklahoma.
10/10 would not recommend even if your life depended on it. Carrie is a terrorist of the US.

We happen to know that Carrie has the highest possible security clearance and is, in fact, NOT a terrorist. Luckily for you, prior to your "stroke," your single gas leak at the range was repaired to the satisfaction of your landlord, ONG, City of Oklahoma City Chief Plumbing Inspector, and Taehee Kim. Also, I hope you’re not threatening to wipe us from the face of the earth. I think that’s illegal. Your review has been reported.
