Dr. HIlton, to this point has been awesome. However, at my last appointment, scheduled for 9:30, I informed them on my arrival at 9:15 that I had an appointment at 10:30 and asked if they would be on time. The staff reply was, we don' t know. At 9:50 I reminded them that I had a 10:30 physical therapy appointment and would have to leave at 10:20 in order to make it there.
At 10:15 they put me in a room and said the doctor would be right in. At 10:20 I left. As I was leaving I told them I was sorry but I had to go to make the next appointment. One of the office staff in a very rude and condescending manner said "OK" and that was all that was said. No, I'm sorry, no offer to reschedule NOTHING......
Obviously my time is not valuable to these people. I really like Dr. Hilton but he's going to need to fire at least one member of his staff if he wishes to have my business anymore AND I have the right to be seen at the time scheduled. I'm a very busy person trying to make a living and I drove over 30 miles to make this appointment. I arrived on time and informed them I was there and when I had to leave. This is completely unacceptable.
I've quit using this doctor. Never got any relief. Just more visits to spend money. Total waste of time.

I have been a patient of Dr Hilton for several years. I do have reumatory arthritis and was having a great deal of discomfort with my feet, my toes were quite disfigured. Dr Hilton operated on both my feet and did an absolutely wonderful job on both. I would recommend him highly and know if you are having foot discomfort of any sort it doesn't get any better than Dr. Hilton.

Dr Hilton is very compassionate and thorough in his care. I have been his patient since Dec, 2013 when he repaired 3 hammer toes and a Tailors Bunion. Since then I have seen him for 3 injuries and am currently being treated for a broken fibula. I highly recommend him for any lower limb injuries or problems!
