No call, no show!! They were a week late responding to my home warranty company's work order then they NEVER SHOWED NOR DID THEY RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS FOR OVER 3 DAYS!! STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM AND CALLS GO STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL!!

I tried to call them twice because I was told they would try to come out yesterday but no one ever showed, so I called j&j burk instead just to be told by them that the freon in my unit is Contaminated because of the freon that Mr. Fix it had put in there. So honestly Mr. Fix it needs to come and drain and recharge my freon with some that is not going to ruin my condenser in the long run free of charge because they are the only ones that have put freon in my unit.
