Chose him because he did an excellent job on my parents, sidewalk and driveway. He HAND mixed concrete in my driveway on New Years Eve 2021, the temperature was below 10 that night, I had no concrete knowledge at this time, so I thought it would be ok, I trusted he knew what he was doing. This was the first pour, they took the day off NewYears Day (totally understandable). The day they came back was the second pour, again that night was below 10, they used a space heater hooked up to my electricity just blowing in the open air...weird I thought. This is when I got worried and started schooling myself about concrete. The third day, was the final pour, during the day, temperature was in the mid 20's. Different color concrete, uneven joints, and putting dirt piles to cover crumbling edges of the concrete on the 4th day, he wanted the rest of the payment. I pointed out that there was a 1/4" valley all the way to the door that was flooding! When the snow and ice melted my garage was flooded again! I was angry! He said he would make it right on his dime, but months passed, no word from him! I finally reached out in July of 2022 and he finally agreed to meet, but guess what? No word, messages left on read. I would never recommend Hill's Concrete to anyone! I'm so glad he didn't put my parents thru this, and am glad they at least, have a beautiful driveway, and sidewalks. Service: General paving

I just want to say. That I was very satisfied with the job performed and. They did the clean up and and I was very impressed and will recommend them to anyone. They are polite and willing to work ya and. They make their completed jobs looks great. I'm very satisfy and will use them again. They did my back yard and front yard and. Was cheaper than others. Thank you for the good job done.
