      image I come to this Starbucks almost daily. I had issues with 2 frapps I got today. The mocha frapps did not taste like mocha but only coffee. I asked for a remake and was told by Kacy that it was a waste and she would only remake 1 of the 2 I paid for. I guess customers and their business don't matter. I will let the manager and her boss know about this terrible customer service. So much for the Barista Promise !
