Great team! Honest about errors. Overall, I trust them because they'll let us know what they don't know. Wish they had more car selection for test driving.

No wonder they have now changed ownership...we purchased a new 2014 Altima there, took it back for a recall that was supposed to take 30 minutes...after 2 HOURS of sitting, was told they couldn't get their computer to work to do the recall and we would have to come back...asked when and was told maybe a month or so, just have to see. I indeed saw, and we got in the car, drove to Fenton (now Orr Nissan) and with no appointment, the car was fixed and even washed in 45 minutes! That is the definition of service Mr. Jeff Smith, and that is why we later bought my wife a new car and myself a new pickup from Fenton / Orr. It is worth the drive to know we will be taken care of.
